                   AFRICAN AM ERICAN HISTORY CHALLENGE
                               CHAMPIONSHIP


The 100 Black Men of America's African American History Challenge is an educational and
scholarship program designed to enhance the study of African-American history. It is also
intended to increase the interest of young people in knowing the legacy left them, and in living
lives worthy of that legacy.

On June 13, 2008, the 100 Black Men of America, Inc. hosted its Annual African American
History Challenge Competition during our 22nd Annual Conference in Orlando, FL. The
Competition is facilitated over the course of two days and managed by a committee of six
members of the organization.

Across the board, our young people pushed and challenged themselves in this 2008
competition in a manner that exceeded what we have witnessed in the past. That is, the quality
and depth of the entire pool of teams was higher than in prior years. We have always had great
talent at the top, but this year the top teams were pushed by the entire field.

Yet, at the end of the day someone has to stand at the head of the class. The following is a list
of the 2008 African American History Challenge Champions:
