Cancellation terms: If, for any reason, an advertisement is cancelled after receipt of contract, the advertiser will
incur a 50% cancellation charge. In signing this contract, the advertiser agrees to abide by these terms.
Terms and Conditions: This is an agreement between the undersigned exhibitor ("Participant") and NAFSA.
Participant agrees that all components and services are the copyright of NAFSA, and it does not grant Participant any
rights of ownership therein. Participant warrants that it has the unrestricted right to use and license any such material
provided to NAFSA, and Participant will reimburse NAFSA to the extent that is permitted by law for all costs incurred
defending claims of infringement, misuse, or other violation of law relating to NAFSA's use of that material.
Participant shall have the right to control defense for such claims.
