      Notice regarding absence of audit opinion on the Company's consolidated and
                      non-consolidated FY07 financial statements

Asia Media Company Limited (the "Company") hereby gives its notice regarding the
audit required and executed under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law of its
consolidated and non-consolidated FY07 (1st January 2007 ­ 31 December 2007)
financial statements

1. Content of the audit report

The Company, on 24th July 2008, was informed by KPMG AZSA & Co. that the audit
corporation decided in its examination committee not to attach any audit opinion and
that it would come out with an audit report of such content very shortly.

The Company intends to submit its annual security report with the said audit report
attached by 31st July 2008.

The Company plans to release further details of the audit report's content as soon as it
obtains the report.

2. Possible effect on the Company's listing on the stock exchange

As for the possible effect on the stock exchange listing, the Company plans to issue a
release on this matter as soon as Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. ("TSE") informs and/or
notices the Company of TSE's action regarding the absence of audit opinion.

entire stakeholders, including our shareholders.
