How do I participate in the ASRM 2008 Door Drop?
1. Participation is limited to exhibitors at the ASRM 64th Annual Meeting.
2. The prototype of your insert must be supplied to ASRM for approval by September 9th. A copy of the insert must be
   pre-approved by ASRM regardless of prior approval for other promotional opportunities at the meeting.
   Email one (1) copy to Leigh Ann Simpson at lsimpson@asrm.org or mail two (2) copies to the following address:

3. Space must be reserved in the ASRM 2008 Door Drop by September 9, 2008.

        Prototype, Space Reservation and Payment Due: September 9, 2008            Materials Due: September 26, 2008

Special Notes
· Circulation is based on projected attendance and room blocks at the time of rate card printing.
· The advertiser is responsible for sending the correct number of pieces. ASRM will attempt to verify quantities
  received and notify advertisers of any shortages, provided that materials are received by September 26, 2008.
· ASRM will not be responsible for shortages due to an incorrect number of pieces being shipped.
· Please submit an additional 10% overage to allow for potential growth of room blocks.
· All signed agreements are firm. No cancellations are accepted.

Advertising Information
Bag Distribution Dates: November 9, 10, and 11, 2008 (Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday mornings)
Rate: $3,500 per item, per day
Quantity: 2,000 per item, per day, plus a 10% overage to allow for potential growth of room blocks
Size Requirements of Inserts: Maximum dimensions: 8.5" x 11", Maximum weight: 8 ounces
Notes: Due to their weight and bulk, magazines, newspapers, and other publications will not be permitted to be distributed through the bag. Agency discounts are not accepted.
Must be an exhibitor at the ASRM Annual Meeting to participate.

Additional Costs
