Acknowledgement of Confidentiality Requirements

I acknowledge that my company has agreed to either the OpenFabrics
Alliance Interoperability Working Group (OFA-IWG) Charter which
must be adhered to for participation in OFA-IWG Interoperability
Events, or the OpenFabrics Plugfest Agreement covering this event.

I agree to treat as confidential all information concerning activities taking place at the
Events, including, but not limited to, all test activities and test results for each Event, and
all other guests' respective non-public information disclosed at the Event to Guest
concerning their research, experimental work, development, design details and
specifications, engineering, financial information, procurement requirements, business
forecasts, sales and marketing plans as confidential information ("Confidential
Information").

Note, any problems discovered with the OFA Software Stack (OFA-SS) are not
confidential per article 17 of the OFA Bylaws.
