  RCP de base (± coup de poing sternal)
         Scope / Défibrillateur



              Rythme cardiaque
                  ± pouls


    FV / TV                                  pas FV / TV
                       Pendant RCP :
                     Vérifier électrodes
                     LVAS + INTUB+ O2
                       Abord veineux
                  Adrénaline 1 mg IV / 3min
   DEFIB x       (si FV/TV réfractaire chocs :
                   vasopressine 40 U 1 fois)
     3            ± Amiodarone / Lidocaine
                         ± Atropine
                    ± Bicarbonates / EES

                   Chercher cause curable


  1 min RCP                                3 min RCP
                                       (1 min après DEF)

          Traiter causes curable d 'ACR :
          Hypoxie / Hypovolémie / Acidose
       Kaliémie / métaboliques / Hypothermie
           PNO compressif / Tamponnade
              EP / IDM / Intoxication
