Exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims
arising out of exhibitor's activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend,
and hold harmless the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, and the
Association of Oregon Counties, as well as their respective agents, servants, and
employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.

Exhibitor acknowledges that the Association of Oregon Counties does not maintain
insurance covering Exhibitor's property and that it is the sole responsibility of Exhibitor
to obtain business interruption and property theft and damage insurance covering such
losses by Exhibitor. Exhibitor further acknowledges that any effort by the Association of
Oregon Counties to provide security to avoid theft is not a guarantee against it.
