Back in 1999, I was the first Interior Designer to work with Ross and Marc of
Advanced Window Solutions, LLC. I had utilized another film company and was
not satisfied with their service. Ross and Marc, who at the time were installers,
surpassed my expectations. Their attention to detail, great customer service and
ability to deal with my clients in a very professional manner make each
experience second to none.

I have been using window film on my client's projects since 1993. In our design
practice, we specify very expensive furnishings, fabrics and floor coverings for
our clients and my job is to provide protection for these sometimes priceless
treasures. Window film not only provides UV protection against fading but has
also saved my clients considerable money on their energy bills.

I also utilize window film when we have glare issues. This has become
increasingly important with the advent of home theaters and large flat screen
televisions. Many new homes have very large windows and glare issues prevent
my clients from getting the most out of their entertainment environments. The
AWS team consistently comes up with clever solutions to control light and glare
with a combination of film and Hunter Douglas window shading options. I highly

Dear Marc,

Thanks so much for the great "filming" you and your colleagues completes last Friday at
our house in Pleasant Valley. It has made a huge difference in the comfort level of the
house. Jay, who was quite skeptical, just kept walking around all weekend saying "I
can't believe how much more comfortable the house is!" On Saturday, we had supper at
the table in the sunroom about 7:00 pm-unheard of in the summer! Also we never had
the air conditioning on in the house either Saturday or Sunday. The upstairs is much
much cooler and more comfortable. I'm sure we will save a lot in air conditioning.

Use me in a commercial! I am a very satisfied customer! I will call you in the fall to
schedule work here in the New York apartment.

Over the past 5 years Advanced Window Solutions have been installing film at this
location. I first met Ross & Marc when they responded to an RFP to resolve a sun glare
problem that existed throughout 80% of the facility. In addition to providing a
competitive bid in accordance with the bid documents, after Advanced was notified they
were awarded the contract, they provided recommendations that lowered our cost
$20,000. They have always met deadlines kept their work environments safe &neat, and
they understand the importance of not allowing their business to disrupt the business of
their clients.

I have found them to be very professional in the way they conduct themselves and have
