                                Using Your Card(s)
Use your personalized Season Ticket Card(s) as you would a ticket to gain admittance to a
game. Just present it at the gate where it will be scanned. Once scanned, the "ticket" for
that game will be considered redeemed and no longer active, available for transfer or
redeemable as an unused season ticket.

 Your Personalized On-line Account
With your Season Ticket Card and on-line account, you can:
    · view which games you have and have not attended
    · print individual game tickets to distribute them personally
    · transfer via email or left at Will Call to another individual
For both returning and new season ticket holders, go to www.bmets.com and click on the
season ticket card to be re-directed to the TicketReturn sign-on screen. Save this link as a
favorite for quicker access next time you need to log on.
        - Click on the `Help me find my account' link.
        - Enter your information depending on the type of account:
Individuals: First, Last Name & State or e-mail address then `Find My Account'
Businesses: Corporate Name & State or e-mail address then `Find My Account'
        - Find your specific account among the list of accounts.
        - The next step will depend on whether you are a returning or new account.
New Account: Enter the first 6 digits of the barcode off of the back of your
season ticket card (if you have multiple seats, any card will do). Then your account
information will be displayed and you must create a new user ID and password.
The next time you log in just click `Sign In' and then enter the user ID and
        password you just created.
Returning Account: If you used the online account last season and cannot
remember your user ID and password, please contact the Box Office Manager at
caseyb@bmets.com. If you did not set up an account last season, please follow the
steps as if you are a new account.

                                      Printing Tickets
Tickets can be printed and presented at an event just as you would with an original
ticket or in lieu of your season ticket card. This is convenient for holders who give a
majority of their tickets and saves you the trouble of having to recoup your card(s) for our
 next game.

NOTE: When you print a ticket, only one copy will be valid. Tickets contain a bar code and
only the first ticket scanned at the event will be accepted. If you have multiple printouts
of the same ticket, the most recent printed ticket will be valid.

    1. When signed in to your account, click the Binghamton Mets link from the menu
to the left side of the screen. This will allow you to view all the tickets you own for
       the season and their status.
    2. From the Ticket Management Options, select Print selected tickets.
    3. Select the ticket(s) you would like to print. Click the Select Tickets & Continue
       button.
    4. Select whether you want to print the tickets from a web page or from Adobe
Reader (you must have Adobe Reader installed to use this option).
    5. Click Print Ticket(s).

These tickets are now ready to be scanned at the gate. If your ticket(s) did not print
correctly or you lose them, you can either re-print or pick them up at `Will Call' at the
NYSEG Stadium Box Office with proper identification.

                              Transferring Tickets
If you cannot use a ticket for an event, you may transfer it to someone free of charge
using TicketReturn. It is important to note that if you transfer a ticket to someone else,
your ticket is no longer valid. Do not try to use a printed ticket or your season card for a
 ticket that has been transferred.

    1. When signed in to your account, click the Binghamton Mets link from the menu
on the left side of the screen. This will allow you to view all the tickets you own for
       the season and their status.
    2. From the Ticket Management Options, select Transfer selected tickets.
    3. Select the ticket(s) you would like to transfer. Click the Select Tickets &
       Continue button.
    4. Select to print the tickets and physically give them to someone else OR to transfer
the tickets to another individual's TicketReturn account (NOTE: The transferee
does not need an existing TicketReturn account - TicketReturn creates one
automatically during the transfer process). Click Continue.
    5. The Transfer a Ticket page appears. Enter the information for the transferee.
    6. Click Confirm Ticket Transfer. If the name you entered is a person already in the
TicketReturn database, the system will try to match it to the correct account. Select
the matching account and click the Transfer Tickets button.
    7. Ticket transfer information is displayed verifying that the transfer is complete. If
necessary, TicketReturn creates an account for the transferee, and the tickets are
added to the account. The transferee needs to print out his/her own tickets or
collect them at Will Call under their name.

NOTE: Although it is not listed as required information, be sure to fill in the person's e-
mail address to ensure they are notified via e-mail. To access their TicketReturn account
and the tickets you left for them, they will need to know the last name of the person on
 the account.

There is no charge for TicketReturn account owners to use, check account information or
transfer tickets. For assistance with any of these services please feel free to refer to the
online help section on your TicketReturn account page. To replace lost cards or stolen
Season Ticket Cards, contact me immediately at the NYSEG Stadium Box Office in person,
via telephone at (607) 723-METS or e-mail me at caseyb@bmets.com.

We understand this process may be new to you, so we hope this information sheet helps
you with your new Season Ticket Card and on-line account. If at any time you have any
questions or comments throughout the season, please feel free to call or e-mail me.
Again, we thank you for your continued support and patronage of the Binghamton Mets.
Enjoy the Greatest Show on Dirt!
