CAFNR International Program Cancellation Policy

I understand, and will comply with the following terms of withdrawal:


Withdrawal before departure:

   A.    If you withdraw after the application deadline and any time up to one month
        before departure, there will be a cancellation charge of $150 which covers
        program administration costs. In addition, you will be responsible for any costs
        that have been paid out that are unrecoverable by CAFNR International Studies.
        This may include transportation costs, housing costs as well as any other
        incurred expenditures.

   B.    If you withdraw less than four weeks before departure, we will assess penalties
        associated with transportation (airline/train/coach) and housing bookings,
        instructional costs, and any other incurred expenditures. This could accumulate
        to as much as 90% of total program fees.

Withdrawal after departure: In those rare cases where you feel you must return from
overseas, check with your leader and the Program Director of International Studies for
procedures. No refund is available.
