PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

submission and I have applied to the 2008 NJISACF, New Jersey Independent South Asian Film
Festival, after reviewing and accepting all terms and conditions of the festival. I certify that my film is
eligible for this festival and that I am aware of the restrictions that apply accordingly. If my film is
accepted to NJISACF, I will not be able to withdraw my film from the festival. I am aware that if
accepted, I could not have a screening in New Jersey prior to the screening at NJISACF. I agree that
upon acceptance, it is my responsibility for all shipping and mailing costs associated with delivering
my film to and from the festival offices and provide an up to 3-minute trailer for Press on DVD (if
available).
