PRESS RELEASE

On Thursday, February 23, 2006, the 100 Black Men of DeKalb County, Inc., will host
its first annual Youth Leadership Development Summit at Miller Grove High School
from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. All middle and high schools in DeKalb County have been
invited to register 25 young men to attend the summit. A continental breakfast and lunch
will be provided.

The workshops offered to the students include: developing leadership skills, health and
wellness; substance, drug, and crime prevention, career options in sports, TV, and radio.

The summit is endorsed by Dr. Crawford Lewis, Superintendent of DeKalb County
Schools. Some of the most prominent leaders of DeKalb County will participate at the
summit: Thurbert Baker, Attorney General State of Georgia; Vernon Jones, DeKalb
CEO; Gwen Keyes-Fleming, District Attorney; Thomas Brown, DeKalb County Sheriff;
Orrin Hudson, Be Someone, Inc.; Quentin Townsend, Owner of Atlanta Vision
Basketball; Sasha the Diva, KISS 104.1 radio personality; Roberta Shields, President
Ludacris Foundation; Dwayne Crawford, COO 100 Black Men of America;
Nova4Jehovah, Recording Artist; and the membership of the 100 Black Men of DeKalb
County.

The 100 Black Men of DeKalb County provides group mentorship, computer training,
chess training, and leadership/developmental skills to students in grades 4-12 enrolled in
the DeKalb County School System. The Leadership Academy, the signature community
project, has 100 students currently participating in the program. The students of the 100
Black Men of DeKalb Leadership Academy program will serve as hosts.

Sponsors include: Cracker Barrel, Georgia Power, and the Atlanta Vision ABA.
Additional sponsorship is available.

Miller Grove High School is located at 2645 DeKalb Medical Parkway, Lithonia where
Dr. Ralph Simpson is the principal.
