Born 1973, graduated in Architecture and has been working since 1994 in animation, interactive
environments and digital architecture. From 1995 to 2004 Dietmar worked at the Ars Electronica
Futurelab, from 2002-04 as key researcher for interactive space. Since fall 2004 he is professor
for animation and interactive media at the University of Applied Sciences in Hagenberg/ Austria.
Dietmar collaborates frequently with the composers Sam Auinger and Hannes Strobl under the
name "Stadtmusik" on various projects dealing with architectural and sonic spaces.
