11b.   Expedited Delivery. Items and products available for expedited delivery
       are noted in this price list. Expedited delivery is available depending on
       customer requirements.
11c.   Overnight and 2-day delivery. Overnight and 2-day delivery available for
       services performed under all SINs based on customer requirements. A
       schedule customer may contact HTA, Inc. for rates associated with
       overnight and 2-day delivery.
11d.   Urgent Requirements. If the FSS contract delivery method does not meet
       an ordering agency's urgent delivery requirements, agencies are
       encouraged to contact HTA, Inc. to effect accelerated delivery of the
       required service. HTA, Inc. will reply to the inquiry within 3 workdays after
       receipt. (Telephonic replies will be confirmed in writing by HTA, Inc.) If
