Contest Rules
1. Contestants will register at the Casting Call prior to the tournament. Contestant acknowledges that this is a non-paying promotional opportunity.
2. Contestants must be at Playboy Golf's VIP Pre-Party held prior to the tournament to meet with judges and tournament players. In the event that
    there are more than 40 contestants, Playboy Golf staff will determine which contestants are eligible to participate in the "Girls of Golf" contest.
    No more that 40 contestants per 18 hole tournament will be allowed to be eligible for the two winning prizes of a trip to California and entry
    into the VIP Players Party at the Playboy Mansion. If there are more than 40, a minimum of one additional trip will be awarded.
3. Contestants must arrive 60 minutes before start time of the tournament. Check with Pre-Party Night Club and Playboy Golf staff for golf course
    location and directions.
4. Contestants shall wear acceptable "golf attire" as defined by Playboy Golf, Playboy and the golf course. See Playboy Golf staff for details. In
    this regard, contestants must be tastefully attired. There is no nudity allowed. The Tournament Director has sole discretion if he or she feels your
    attire is inappropriate or any contestant has violated the terms and conditions of this registration and contest. Playboy Golf shall provide
    contestants with a "Girls of Golf" gift bag with Playboy Golf shirt and skirt/shorts to be worn on the golf course. White sneakers or golf shoes
    are required. No jeans or jean like material on the golf course. No smoking is allowed at any time during the Contest or Golf Tournament.
    Contestant should bring additional clothing in case of inclement weather.
5. Contestants will be introduced in a group prior to the start of the tournament to all players, VIP's and sponsor participants.
6. Contestants will then be stationed at individual golf course holes throughout the golf course where they will have a chance to meet the
    tournament players throughout the day.
7. Each player and Playboy Golf Selection Committee will cast a vote for the top two contestants, evaluating each of four (4) categories:
    A) Personality             B) Beauty            C) Poise           D) Attire.
8. Playboy Golf Staff or designated agent will collect all votes and compile the total counts.
9. In case of a tie, additional voting will occur by Playboy Golf Selection Committee to select two winners.
10. All contestants may be featured within the Playboy Golf (www.playboygolf.com) Tournament website.
11. Contestants who have not completed this form or agreed to its terms and conditions are not eligible to participate.
12. Contestant participation within this contest and/or the Playboy Golf Tournament is at the sole discretion of the Tournament Director, Playboy
    Golf and Playboy, who may at any time, expel a contestant if they are deemed to negatively reflect upon the tournament or the golf course.
13. No guests allowed. Each winning contestant receives one invite to be used by the winning contestant. Prize is not transferable.
14. Contestant must participate in all events at the Playboy Golf finals (Hotel hosted parties, golf tournament and Mansion Parties).
15. Contestant must have proof of age (21) at the time of the Finals in March to be allowed at the Playboy Mansion parties.
Model Release and Hold Harmless
In consideration of my participation as a contestant in the Contest, I hereby grant in perpetuity to Playboy, The Playboy Scramble Golf
Tournament, its producer I.D., LLC, and the participating golf course the use of my photograph, likeness, voice recording, signature and name
for all publicity and commercial purposes in connection with the Playboy Scramble Golf Tournament. Should I be selected as a contest winner,
I understand that I must attend and help the Playmates host the Playboy Scramble National Finals in Los Angeles in order to be entitled to any
and all of my prizes, including airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and VIP party passes. Should I be unreachable twenty (20) days prior to
the scheduled trip, I will immediately forfeit my opportunity to go on the trip and receive any other prizes. And, if I should choose not to attend
the trip, for any reason whatsoever, all prizes will be forfeited. I understand that I will be immediately disqualified from the contest or trip should
I become involved in any violation of any law in any State or any other jurisdiction. Contestant must be 21 years old to attend Playboy Golf
finals events.
I do also release Playboy, The Playboy Scramble Golf Tournament, its producer I.D., LLC, (Agent), Sponsor Partners and the participating golf
course, their agents, employees, and/or representatives, from any and all liability including negligence before, during or after the Contest, and
any and all liability associated with my activities and participation in this Contest. In the event of any dispute the parties agree that venue shall
be in Suffolk County, Massachusetts. I waive the right to challenge venue or to seek the removal of any proceedings to another venue for any
reason whatsoever. Participation in the "Girls of Golf" contest does not imply in any shape, form or manner, any benefit by Playboy or Playboy
Golf to contestant except for the prize of a trip to California and access to the VIP Player's Party at the Playboy Mansion (Travel and
accommodations to be paid for by Playboy Golf or Playboy Golf's agents). I acknowledge that I have read the rules and requirements above
and understand the requirements for eligibility.
