The White House News Photographers' Association will award one $5,000.00 grant to one WHNPA member
                      to help defray the cost of working on an in-depth project.

WHNPA Project Grant recipient is required to provide the WHNPA Education Committee with receipts for project-
related expenses, credit the WHNPA for project funding assistance and provide a selection of images produced
during the project for use in the promotion of the WHNPA and Project Grant Program. All images will remain the
property of the photographer.

Application must include all of the following:
1. Photographic portfolio (prints, slides, or electronic-Macintosh format preferred)
2. Applicants resume listing education and professional background and work history, professional awards and honors with three
professional references.
3. A general project proposal including a) Project Summary, b) Detailed Project Proposal including a summary of the research on
the project and how the project is to be executed. c) Proposed Project Budget. d) Explanation detailing the significance of the
project. e) Projects final destination - publication, book, gallery exhibition, web, etc. and f) this application form.
4. Should this project be in collaboration with others, please include a list of the team members and their qualifications.
