        EnergyPeakTM System Provides Standardized BIPV Installation Method for
                           Standing Seam Manufacturers

Moon Township, PA... A recently announced supply agreement between the world leader in
thin-film amorphous photovoltaics technology, United Solar Ovonic LLC, and CENTRIA
Services Group, a division of CENTRIA, the country's premier supplier of architectural metal
wall and roofing systems used in commercial/industrial projects, brings a standardized building-
integrated photovoltaic system (BIPV) to commercial standing seam metal roofing applications.

The new BIPV system, known as the EnergyPeak brand, is available to all standing seam metal
roofing manufacturers as a complete product package, including technical specifications, sales
and marketing materials, and support.

or existing standing seam applications and require no additional installation hardware or
structural support.

The EnergyPeak system also takes a fresh approach to accurately determining return on
investment data with its new ROI calculator software. Once project data has been collected from
the standing seam manufacturer, the EnergyPeak custom software produces a personalized report
outlining an application's expected power production. Next, a complete and thorough financial
analysis, including 25-year cash flow projections, payback time in years, and internal rate of
return on investment information, is then created using the power production data.

Finally, the completed report is submitted to an up-to-date database of all federal and state
financial incentives for alternative energy systems to check for any applicable rebates, tax credits
and possible renewable energy credits (REC's). In some cases, these favorable incentives,
combined with low installation costs and high efficiency, can decrease ROI to less than ten years
and, in states like New Jersey, New York and California, less than five years ­ an unmatched
time period for commercial solar energy. The ROI calculator is only available to standing seam
manufacturers who become EnergyPeak providers.
