IonAd Privacy Policy
BlueStreak's IonAd manager ("IonAd") is designed to help our customers ("Customers")
deliver and track online advertisements. BlueStreak takes privacy very seriously. This
Privacy Policy is designed to outline how IonAd collects, stores, and uses information,
and to provide you with an opportunity to exercise your privacy choices.

While BlueStreak strongly encourages Customers to adopt conscientious privacy
practices, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of Customers or their partners.
Our Customers' use of any information you may provide to them is not governed by this
Privacy Policy. You are strongly encouraged to read the privacy policies of all web sites
you visit prior to submitting any of your information to those web sites.


What type of information is collected via IonAd and how is it used?
In connection with the delivery and tracking of online ads, IonAd collects Non-
Personally Identifiable Information from web visitors, including their browser type, their
operating system, and certain information about the web visitors' surfing behavior. For
example, IonAd may make note of the web page that a web visitor visited prior to
viewing an online ad served by IonAd and/or the date and time that a particular online ad
was served.

This information is used to help IonAd determine which online ads to serve, and to track
web visitor responses to those ads.

Does BlueStreak use cookies and/or web beacons in connection with IonAd?
BlueStreak uses cookies in connection with IonAd. A cookie is a small bit of data, which
includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your computer's browser from a
web site' computers and stored on your computer' hard drive. BlueStreak cookies are

identified only by the anonymous unique identifier, and never contain Personally
Identifiable Information.

IonAd uses cookies to help determine which online ads to serve, and to enhance a web
visitor's online experience. For example, cookies help IonAd limit the number of times a
web visitor will see a particular online ad.

BlueStreak also uses web beacons in connection with IonAd. A web beacon is a small
piece of code that can be placed on a web page. We use web beacons on certain web sites
to help Customers understand the effectiveness of the online advertising campaigns they
run via IonAd. For example, when a web visitor clicks onto an online ad created by one
of our Customers, that web visitor is typically taken to the Customer's web site. If the
web visitor ultimately makes a purchase on the Customer's website, the web beacon will
help collect information about that web visitor's purchase. Our Customers are responsible
for ensuring that the information they collect meets applicable standards for consumer
privacy.
How do I exercise my privacy choices? How do I opt-out of IonAd?
You may exercise your choices by visiting the URL below to "opt-out". By opting-out, you
are accepting a generic cookie that notifies the IonAd server that you do not want to be
uniquely identified. Please note that if you change your computer, change your Internet
browser (e.g., from Internet Explorer to Firefox) or delete all your cookies, you will need to
renew your opt-out choice. Please also note that opting-out will not cause you to see fewer
pop-ups or other types of online advertisements.

Does BlueStreak disclose this information to third parties?
When a web visitor interacts with an ad served from IonAd, they may voluntarily provide
Personally Identifiable Information such as an email address, a telephone number or
postal address. Any such voluntarily provided Personally Identifiable Information is
transferred to our Customer via IonAd. The information collected is the sole property of
the Customer, and BlueStreak generally does not sell, rent, trade, or give this information
to a third party. This data is transferred securely to the Customer, and may only be
archived by BlueStreak to prevent loss of information.

However, we do reserve the right to disclose any information that we hold as required by
law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply
with a judicial proceeding, court order, or other legal process. BlueStreak also reserves
the right to share Customer information in connection with the sale, merger,
consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial asset, or reorganization or
liquidation of our business, but will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information
shared is used in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.


How does BlueStreak ensure the security of any information collected via IonAd?
The security of any information collected via IonAd is important to Bluestreak. We
follow generally accepted industry standards in order to protect the information collected
by and stored within IonAd from loss, alteration or misuse, including the use of
encryption and password controls. We also limit employee access to this information to
that which is necessary to perform their jobs. No method of transmission over the
Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we
strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot
guarantee its absolute security.


How does BlueStreak communicate changes to the IonAd Privacy Policy?
BlueStreak reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this IonAd
Privacy Policy at any time. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will post it
on this Web site. You should visit this Web site from time to time to review the then-
current Policy because it is binding on you. Any material change to this Policy shall
apply only to information collected following the change.
