By accepting these terms you are allowed to use the JoikuSpot Light Software. If you do not accept these 
terms you are not allowed to use the JoikuSpot Light Software. 

Joikusoft is not liable for any misuse, malfunctionality, compatibility or use cost of or inability to use the 
JoikuSpot solution. JoikuSpot Light software comes on "as is" basis, is freeware by nature, and there is no 
support of any kind provided for the use or installing of the software. 

Joikusoft has not tested the software against all different types of device configurations and users should 
only use the JoikuSpot Light at their own risk and at their own cost.  

This software uses your phone's 3G/3.5G, EDGE or GPRS internet connection and shares it over WLAN to 
external WLAN devices. When you turn on the JoikuSpot client in your Smartphone, you allow sharing of 
your phone's internet connection to external WLAN devices. This means that the external devices may 
connect to internet using your JoikuSpot as an access point and gateway to the web. All the incurring 
connectivity and data transfer cost is beared by the JoikuSpot client owner (=you) that shares the 
connection. The total use cost depends on your mobile data plan with your operator and the wireless 
network(s) you are using/roaming.   

As the cost of all incurring mobile data traffic is beared by you, we highly recommend unlimited data plans 
with your wireless operator. To avoid unpleasant surprises with your operator's mobile data bill, Joikusoft 
strongly recommends you to carefully familiarize yourself with all aspects regarding your mobile phones 
mobile data costs, both in domestic and international use contexts. If you are billed by transfer amounts 
per megabit or if you are using JoikuSpot while roaming abroad, the use of JoikuSpot may become very 
costly depending on your data plan and the operator whose 3G network you are using. Joikusoft is not 
liable for any type of the cost incurring as a result of the usage of the JoikuSpot. Please also be aware that 
even if you have an unlimited data plan and when using JoikuSpot abroad, the foreign operators typically 
charge you for the use of their networks on top of your monthly plan with your operator.   

Use of JoikuSpot requires free registration with JoikuSoft. JoikuSoft will not rent or sell your account 
information to the third parties. JoikuSpot requires the application to post its clientid and cellid and some 
other user, device and usage related data to a secure network server for service activation and 
authorization and for quality, measurement, additional services that may include advertisement and 
reporting purposes. When you use JoikuSpot, you allow it to post any and all such client, user and service 
usage information to the network based back end system defined by JoikuSpot. You further allow 
JoikuSpot,at Joikusoft's option, to publish your JoikuSpot hotspot location on external web based mapping 
services such as GoogleMaps.  

Using JoikuSpot impacts the phone battery consumption, and with some phone models the increased 
battery consumption may heat the phone when JoikuSpot is used continually for longer periods of time. 
Joikusoft is not liable for any such impact of use of the JoikuSpot. 

JoikuSoft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or costs to 
the user arising out of the use of or inability to use the JoikuSpot Light.
