Information and any screens displayed on the page www.slsp.sk are subject to Conditions of
Using the Internet Pages www.slsp.sk (hereinafter the ,,Conditions"):

The Operator of internet pages www.slsp.sk is Slovenská sporitea, a. s., registered
address in Suché mýto 4, 816 07 Bratislava, Company identification number: 00151653, the
company is registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, part Sa,
file No. 601/B. (hereinafter the ,,Operator").

The Conditions are adjusted, issued and amended exclusively by the Operator. The
Conditions are binding for all persons accessing the pages www.slsp.sk and using the pages
www.slsp.sk (hereinafter the ,,User").

The Operator is, in compliance with Act No. 618/2003 Z.z. on copyright and rights related to
copyright (hereinafter the ,,Copyright Act"), a person authorized to exercise property rights
associated with these internet pages, above all to grant approval for their use.

With exception of the Conditions, displaying of any kind of data or information on the pages
www.slsp.sk has no nature of a legal act leading to origination of a legal relationship between
the Operator and User, unless stated or agreed otherwise in individual cases. Legal
relations, which originated between the Operator and the User of the pages are governed by
the wording of the Conditions valid as of the day of origination of such relations, unless
stated or agreed otherwise.

Information, documents and other data displayed on the pages www.slsp.sk, or acts
conducted by using the pages www.slsp.sk, which are binding for both contractual
parties on basis of an agreement concluded between the Operator and the Client of
the Operator in doing business according to special provisions, in particular
according to legal provisions regulating the activities of the Operator are not subject
to these Conditions.

Rights and obligations of the Operator and the User:

   1. The User confirms by using the internet pages www.slsp.sk that he has been
      informed about the Conditions, agrees to them and undertakes to observe them.

   2. The Operator grants the User the right to use the internet pages www.slsp.sk
      exclusively for personal need of the User. Any other use of the pages (in whole, as
      well as of their parts) is subject to previous consent of the Operator in compliance
      with the Copyright Act.

   3. The internet pages www.slsp.sk are accessible and their use is free of charge.

   4. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or restrict the access to pages www.slsp.sk
      to anybody even without stating a reason.

   5. In majority cases, the internet pages www.slsp.sk may be used and browsed without
      providing the personal data in accordance to Act No. 428/2002 Z.z. on personal data
      protection. In spite of that the access to some parts of internet pages www.slsp.sk
      and their use, or use of some services that may be used by means of these pages,
      may be conditioned by the Operator by providing of personal data of the User. By
      providing of any personal data or other information of the User through the pages of
      www.slsp.sk the User has agreed to their use for purposes of informing on
   the products and services of the Operator, and for purposes of protection of rights
   and justified interests of the Operator.

6. Provision of any information to the Operator by the User through these pages is at the
   same time considered as granting the approval of the User to the Operator for use of
   these information on purpose of execution of business activity of the Operator to an
   unlimited extent and for an indefinite period, minimum for the time, during which the
   User is authorized to grant such an approval following the generally binding
   regulations.

7. No confidentiality obligation results for the Operator with regard to the User and the
   information provided by him with exception of cases, when such an obligation is
   stipulated for the Operator by a contract with the User, or if such an obligation is
   given by the generally binding legal provisions.

8. The User may not transfer any information to internet pages www.slsp.sk or send
   through these pages any information infringing the legal norms valid in the Slovak
   Republic, or which would violate bona mores.

9. The User may not affect the technical platform or contents of the pages www.slsp.sk
   in any way whatsoever without the consent of the Operator. The Operator has the
   exclusive right to conduct changes, remove or add any parts of the pages.

10. The Operator aims at minimizing technical errors, as some information or data on
    these pages could have been created in erroneous files or formats, therefore it
    cannot be guaranteed that the pages www.slsp.sk or services provided using these
    pages, will not be damaged or affected by the said problems.

11. The Operator seeks to provide always accurate and up-to-date data and information
    through the pages www.slsp.sk. In spite of that the data and information displayed on
    these pages may not inevitable be comprehensive, exhaustive, accurate and up-to-
    date; they are informative and not of a binding nature, unless it is stated or agreed
    otherwise in a particular case.

12. Although the information sources, which are used by the Operator, are generally
    considered as reliable, the Operator is not liable for the accuracy and up-to-dateness
    of information, which are taken over to pages www.slsp.sk from other sources.

13. Information on these pages may contain links to external internet pages, which are
    beyond control of the Operator, and for which the Operator bears no responsibility
    whatsoever; the Operator does not examine, verify or monitor the contents of these
    pages.

14. Information and any screens displayed on the pages www.slsp.sk are provided on an
    "as it is" bases. The Operator does not provide any guarantee as far as accuracy,
    adequacy or completeness of the said information and screens displayed are
    concerned and explicitly disclaims liability for potential errors in the contents or for
    omissions in information and materials. No guarantee of any kind expressed or
    implied is provided in connection with these information and screens displayed,
    including (but not limited to) guarantee of non- infringement of third party rights, title,
    merchantability or fitness for other particular purpose and immunity to computer
    viruses.

15. To the fullest extent permitted by the respective law the Operator bears no liability in
    any case for any damages whatsoever including (but not limited to) direct or indirect,
       special, incidental or consequential damages, losses or expenses arisen in
       connection with these pages or their use, or impossibility of their use by any person,
       or in relation to any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay
       in operation or transmission, attack by computer virus or another failure.


These Conditions are valid and effective with the day of their publication. The Conditions
