Mochi Media to Appear at Multiple Top Digital Media and Gaming Conferences in Summer 2008

SAN FRANCISCO June 2, 2008 Mochi Media, the world's largest online games network, today announced that it
has been chosen by AlwaysOn as one of the OnHollywood 100 Top Private Companies. Mochi Media was handpicked
by the AlwaysOn editorial team based on a set of five criteria: Innovation, market potential, customer adoption, media
buzz and investor value creation. At the event, Mochi Media CEO, Jameson Hsu, will participate in a panel of top
gaming executives to discuss new business models and monetization opportunities in games.

Mochi Media along with the rest of the OnHollywood 100 will be honored at the OnHollywood & BRiM event on June
10-11, 2008 at the Sofitel Hotel in West Hollywood, California. The event gathers executives from both the
entertainment and the technology industries to identify and debate emerging trends in addition to building relationships
and taking advantage of potential new business partnerships.

"This year's OnHollywood 100 represents the brightest of the innovators in the new media space. We are enthusiastic
about gathering the leaders in a collaborative environment that fuses these two industries together, culminating in the
richest, most progressive conversations on Hollywood's digital movement," said Tony Perkins, founder and CEO of
AlwaysOn. The OnHollywood 100 was selected from more than 1,000 companies, peer-nominated by leading venture
capitalists, investment bankers and industry analysts.

In addition to OnHollywood, Mochi Media will also be presenting at several top gaming and tech conferences in the
next two months, including the Under the Radar Social Media and Entertainment Conference on June 3, the Social
Gaming Summit on June 13, and Casual Connect Seattle on July 23. The Under The Radar showcases top early- and
growth-stage startup companies, highlighting innovative technology and emerging trends, the Social Gaming Summit
focuses on the intersection of gaming, immersive worlds, and social networking, and Casual Connect Seattle brings
together experts in the casual gaming field to further the casual games industry through networking and learning.
"We are thrilled that AlwaysOn has recognized Mochi Media as an innovative leader in our space," said Mochi Media
CEO Jameson Hsu. "Casual games have been growing at an explosive rate, and we are just beginning to scratch the
surface of the market opportunity for game developers, advertisers, and publishers. We look forward to continuing to
grow our set of tools and services for this community."
