Paramount carefully limits information sharing.
The information described above may be shared within the Paramount family and with selected non-affiliated third parties. This sharing is carefully
limited as described in this section.

· Non-financial companies, such as credit reporting agencies or selected retailers or direct marketers;

We protect non-public personal information about former customers.
If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices provided in this

We have safeguards in place.
We have safeguards in place to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of your non-public personal information. We restrict access to non-
public personal information to employees based on their need to know information in order to serve your account or provide products or services to
you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with government requirements to guard non-public personal information.
You have choices.
You can choose how your information may be shared with non-affiliated third parties, as well as other companies within the Paramount family.
We are permitted to share non-public personal information about you with non-affiliated third parties in certain circumstances. For example, we may
share non-public personal information about you to third parties to assist us in servicing your account with us, in response to subpoenas and to credit
bureaus.
We may also share the information we collect with non-affiliated third parties, such as selected retailers or direct marketers, unless you direct us not
to. If you wish to prevent this sharing, other than that permitted by law, simply complete and return the attached Response Form.
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, we are permitted to share information about our experiences with you or your account, such as your account
balance and payment history with us, with other companies in the Paramount family. We also may share within the Paramount family of companies
additional information about you or your account, such as information we receive from you in applications and information from credit reporting
agencies.
You may direct us not to share with other companies within the Paramount family any information that does not relate solely to our experiences with
you or your account, such as information we receive from you in applications and information from credit reporting agencies. You do so by completing
and returning the attached Response Form.
Paramount does not share medical information.
We do not share medical or health information except to process transactions or to provide services you have requested or initiated. We only obtain
medical information in conjunction with insurance products.

Glossary of Terms
An individual who seeks or obtains a financial product or service for a personal, household or family purpose.
Customer: A consumer who establishes an account relationship with Paramount.
Joint Marketing Agreement: This is an agreement in which Paramount contracts with another financial institution with whom we have teamed to
market either or both of the institutions products or services.
Non-Affiliated Third Party: Any person (including natural persons as well as corporate entities) except a company within the Paramount family, or a
joint employee of Paramount and a third party.
Non-Public Personal Information: Personally identifiable information that is provided by a consumer to Paramount; that results from a transaction
with the consumer or other service provided to the consumer; or that is otherwise obtained by Paramount. Non-Public Personal information also
includes list or other groupings of consumers that are derived from using any information that is not publicly available.
