This website is offered to you by Rec-Ignition, a limited liability Partnership of
England and Wales (partners Timothy J. Bridgman and James Anderson-Hanney) on
the condition that you accept the terms, conditions, and notices contained on this page
and on other pages of this Web site. YOU AGREE TO READ THESE TERMS,
CONDITIONS AND NOTICES CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS REC-
IGNITION WEB SITE. YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS WEB SITE
UNLESS YOU AGREE TO THEM. By using this website, you acknowledge that you
have read the terms, conditions and notices in this Agreement and you agree to accept
them. Rec-Ignition reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices
under which this Web site is offered at any time in its sole discretion.
ABOUT REC-IGNITION
"Rec-Ignition or We" create and maintain online marketing web sites on behalf of a
third party "the Client". Rec-Ignition web sites facilitate Internet Users "the Users or
You" to access and download promotional marketing materials "the Content" owned
by either the Client or Rec-Ignition. Rec-Ignition web sites are design to be interactive
and to encourage communities to develop around this Content by allowing Users to
post their own material "the User Content". Rec-Ignition web sites include Fansite
homepages, blogs, forums, galleries and any other features, or applications offered
from time to time by Rec-ignition.
Users of this Rec-Ignition web site agree to any information they have entered to be
stored in a Rec-Ignition owned database. NON-PERSONALLY-IDENTIFIABLE
INFORMATION RELATED TO THE USAGE OF THIS WEB SITE MAY BE
SHARED WITH THE CLIENT THAT HAS COMMISSIONED THE SERVICE
ONLY (excluding IP addresses). Personally-identifiable information, such as email
addresses, and will not be disclosed to any third party (including the client) without
first obtaining the User's consent. The information disclosed to the Client serves the
purpose of assessing the efficiency of the marketing campaign only.
Please remember, that some User Content posted may be viewed in the public
domain. Be aware that whenever you voluntarily post content that the information can
be accessed by the public and can in turn be used by those people to send you
unsolicited communications. Users can change their online identities at any time and
you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords.
You should not use the username or password of another User at any time, or disclose
your password to any third party. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect
while you use this web site.

This Rec-Ignition web site logs the following information
1. Personally-Identifiable-Information.
a. Interactive Services. This Rec-Ignition web site may collect the following User
submitted information: Email Address, Website URL, User Name, and Password.
User submitted E-mail addresses are not displayed publicly but may be used for the
purpose of contacting other users within the service. Website URLs may be disclosed
publicly. User Names are displayed publicly, so it is recommended that the User does
not submit their full name, but first name (or nick name) only. Passwords remain
confidential.
b. User Profiles. This Rec-Ignition web site may offer the User the facility to further
construct a "User Profile" containing Name, Age, Location, Gender, and other
information, after registering as a member of a service. Constructing a User Profile
may enrich your experience of a service, but please be aware that members can view
each other's profiles. Users can change their profile information at any time.
c. Tell a Friend. If you elect to use our referral service to inform a friend about this
Rec-ignition web site, we ask you to provide your friend's name and e-mail address,
and your name. We automatically send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting him or
her to visit our site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-
time e-mail. The friend may contact us at usersupport@rec-gnition.com to request
removal of this information from our database.
d. Promotions and Competitions. From time to time Rec-Ignition or a Partner, may
sponsor a promotion, sweepstake or contest on this Rec-Ignition web site. Users may
be asked to provide personal information including Name, Email Address or Home
Address or to answer questions in order to participate. We may transfer personal
information to certain partners that you have explicitly requested to receive
information from. It will be clear at the point of collection who is collecting the
personal information and whose privacy statement will apply.
2. Non-Personally-Identifiable Information
a. IP Addresses. This Rec-Ignition web site collects User IP addresses for security
and monitoring purposes and are used to manage the website, track usage and
improve the website services.
b. Cookies. This Rec-Ignition web site uses cookies to store information on your local
computer improve your viewing pleasure. The web site collects cookies to store
visitors' preferences and to record session information, we do not link the information
we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on
our site. You may be able to configure your browser to accept or reject all or some

USAGE AND ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL-IDENTIFIABLE-
INFORMATION
Email addresses may be submitted to enable communications between Rec-Ignition
and the User, such as confirming your registration details or sending new passwords
should you forget your current one. Email addresses may also be used for the purpose
of sending notifications related to any Rec-Ignition website and Rec-Ignition may use
a submitted E-mail address to send updates, a newsletter, or news. Users who no
longer wish to receive updates, a newsletter, or news may choose not to by responding
to the "unsubscribe" e-mail link at the bottom of the email or by emailing us at
usersupport@rec-ignition.com.
Rec-Ignition will not disclose personal information to any third party (including the
Client) unless disclosure is necessary due to:
a. Change of Ownership. Rec-Ignition reserves the right to transfer personal
information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result
of the sale of any individual part of this Rec-Igntion web site or substantially all of its
assets to that successor in interest.
b. Legal Requirements. To conform to legal requirements or to respond to a
subpoena, search warrant or other legal process received by Rec-Ignition, whether or
not a response is required by applicable law;
c. Enforce Terms of Agreement. To enforce the Rec-Ignition Terms of Agreement
or to protect our rights;
d. Public Safety. To protect the safety of members of the public and users of the
service.
If any of your personally identifiable information changes or if you no longer wish to
use our service, we will offer you a way to correct, update or remove your personal
data that you have provided to us. Usually this can be done on the member
information page or by e-mailing us at usersupport@rec-ignition.com.

Rec-Ignition takes precautions to insure that all registration information is kept

From time to time we may make changes to our privacy policy. If we make changes,
