Getty Images respects your ability to make informed choices about the collection and uses of
your personal information. This privacy policy tells you about our online collection and use of
information that identifies you personally so that you can make an informed choice about using
this website ("Site"). The terms of this policy apply to www.gettyimages.com domain and sub-
domains, unless different terms are specified in a form or contract provided to you online or

This Site is owned by Getty Images and may be accessed in the United States and abroad. By
using this Site, you understand and agree that (1) that the information collected from this Site
may be retained indefinitely, and may be stored, accessed and used in jurisdictions whose
privacy laws may be different and less protective than those of your home jurisdiction; (2) Getty
Images may use this information for a variety of purposes, including direct marketing (unless
you opt out of receiving direct marketing from Getty Images); (3) Getty Images may disclose
this information to necessary service providers, such as payment processors, data storage
providers and similar entities to provide the services they contract for. These third parties have
no right to use your information for secondary purposes. We use an outside shipping company to
fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. We use a
data storage facility to securely house back-end data that may include your personally

materials or other items on the Site ("Interactive Areas"). If you use an Interactive Area on this
Site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be
read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited
messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to
submit, nor do we represent or warrant that any information submitted by others is accurate or
without error. When registering for these Interactive Areas, we may collect your name, email

that you can communicate with your Account Executive who can assist you with making any
changes you require. You may expect a responsive action to your request within 30 business

Children
We do not intend to solicit or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If
you are under 13 you should not use or enter information on this Site, including without
limitation any Interactive Areas.

NBA Photograph Licensees or Consumers
Data from consumers or licensees of copyrighted photographs of the National Basketball
Association, Women's National Basketball Association, National Basketball Development
League or any of their respective affiliates (collectively, the "NBA Parties") from the NBAE
Photos Forum, the NBAE Photo Store or a website hosted by Getty Images is gathered as
"Database Information." Database Information may include information regarding name, account
number, contact person (for the business user), complete mailing address, email address, and
date of birth (for the individual consumer). Database Information is being provided to the NBA
Parties, their affiliated entities and business partners for commercial activities. Any consumers or
licensees of NBA photographs electing not to have all or part of their Database Information used
by the NBA Parties and/or their affiliated entities and/or business partners for commercial
activities may opt out by unchecking the appropriate box on the online registration form or, in
the event an online registration form is not available, by notifying an account executive. If you
did not opt out when you registered, and later decide that you would like to opt out, you can do
so by updating your Account page or, if an Editorial licensee, by speaking with an account
executive.

Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted
industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission
and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic
