PRIVACY POLICY FINDWHERE
PRIVACY POLICY
At FindWhere, we are committed to protecting your privacy and to developing technology that gives you the most powerful and
secure online experience. You can travel through most of our site without giving us any information about yourself. But sometimes
we do need information to provide services that you request, and this statement of privacy explains data collection and use in those
situations.
WHO WE ARE
FindWhere is a FindWhere Holding Inc owned brand. FindWhere Holding Inc is registered in Delaware, USA and operates
globally through resellers and dealers. This document sets out the privacy policy of FindWhere. This policy explains how
FindWhere and its affiliated companies ("we", "us", "our") use your personal information (meaning any information about you
which is personally identifiable like your name, address, telephone number or email address and is generally referred to
throughout this policy as "your information"). It applies to personal information collected from you.
HOW WE COLLECT AND USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect your information firstly, when you give it to us (for example, when you register for our services using our
registration services). In general, we use the information you provide to us in order to enable you to use our applications and
services, to process requests, to enter you for promotions which you have indicated you wish to enter, to identify your
personal preferences and to match your needs with relevant services or products. The information you provide to us via
online registration is used to provide you with access via your user name and password to our website, to sign up and to
receive newsletters.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
In addition and with your consent we (and if applicable, our partners or other trusted third parties) use your information for
certain marketing, market research, analysis and related purposes. It is up to you how much or how little information you
allow us to use for these purposes. Our on screen notices will generally ask for your explicit permission to contact you for
such additional purposes. These are:
· to communicate with you from time to time by email and (where you provide us with those details either via the
website or elsewhere) by mobile (using SMS or, if your mobile device permits, EMS or MMS messages or similar
technologies) and occasionally by post, with information, offers and other material which may interest you;
· to make your information available from time to time to trusted partners and third parties, for the same purposes as
above;
· to conduct market research, for example to ask you to participate in a survey about topical issues, conducted by us or
trusted partners or third parties. We will always try to tell you before you participate in the survey how any information
you provide in the survey will be used;
· to enable us and third parties acting on our behalf to analyze your information, in a non identifying form, (generally in the
form of statistics), so that we can identify trends about usage of our website(s) or services and improve them.
Additionally we reserve the right to access and disclose your personal information in order to comply with applicable laws,
to comply with lawful requests from governments, law enforcement agencies or parties whose request we reasonably
consider to be justified in connection with any allegations by any party about your abuse of our services, to operate our
systems properly or to protect ourselves or our users.
Information We Collect From You
In order to operate the Website and to provide you with information about products or services that may be of interest to
you, we may collect "personal information" (i.e. information that could be used to contact you directly (without using the
Website) such as full name, postal address, phone number or email address), "financial information" (i.e. credit card numbers
or passwords), or "demographic information" (i.e. information that you submit, or that we collect, that is not personal
information or financial information; this may include, but is not limited to, zip code, postal code, hometown, gender,
username, age/birth date, purchase history information, browsing history information, searching history information,
registration history information, "position information" (i.e. geographic coordinates, GSM cell-id), "status information" (i.e.
presence, preferred communication channel) and the content of communications between you and other members over the
Website), subject to the rest of this paragraph. Demographic information is divided into two categories: 1) "non-public
information", which consists of purchase history information and one-on-one communications between you and other users
of the Website; and 2) "public information", which consists of all other demographic information. We ask that you do not
enter personal information or financial information into your "Profile" (for example, don't use your address or password as
your username, or include your name or address in your written responses), because if you do then it may be posted publicly
on the Website, and the information will then be treated as "demographic information" that is "public information." Please
note that nowhere on the Website do we knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18, as we
require that all users represent to us that they are at least 18 years old.

browser at other (non-FindWhere) web sites before your visit to FindWhere. This technology is used to measure the
effectiveness of advertisements on such other Websites that promote Co-Branded Pages.
