Sogeti USA Has Been Selected To Enhance And
Implement A Scheduling Application To Manage Workers
During The Republican National Convention

Sogeti USA LLC ("Sogeti USA"), a subsidiary entity of the Sogeti Group, a premier provider of

member of Capgemini Group, has been selected by the Saint Paul Police Department to enhance
and implement the scheduling and time keeping application, WORKFORCE DIRECTORTM (WFD). The
enhancements will allow the Saint Paul Police Department to effectively and accurately track,
manage and provide detailed reports on the 3,000 workers currently scheduled to assist with the
upcoming Republican National Convention.

Sogeti USA was chosen based on their intimate knowledge and proven success in helping other
agencies in the Twin Cities implement the WFD solution. Sogeti USA was involved in the initial WFD
development and has been supporting the application for public safety agencies for the past three
years, including working with the Minneapolis Police Department, Minneapolis Fire Department,
Hennepin County Sheriff's Office and Metropolitan Transit Police. This deep expertise and experience
will allow Sogeti USA to quickly adapt and configure WFD to answer to the business needs of the
Republican National Convention.

The Republican National Convention will be held September 1-4, 2008; however WFD will be in
operation from August 30 through September 6, 2008.
