     · Tried a case to an arbitration verdict, took dozens of depositions, and examined witnesses in federal court
        and administrative tribunals. Negotiated dozens of settlements, including many in mediations.
     · Represented clients in written appeals; argued one Second Circuit appeal; briefed class certification,
        discovery, sanctions, attorney disqualification, and dispositive motions.
