SRJC A.S. BOOK LOAN APPLICATION
Eligibility:
A. Must be an A.S. Plus Member for the semester in which applying.
B. Continuing students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5.
C. Student must not be delinquent on a SRJC A.S. loan or have any other debt with the College.
D. If not receiving Financial Aid or scholarships, student must show a secure means for repayment.
Procedure:
A. Complete the following Loan Application and return or fax (707.524.1830) to the Student Affairs office.
B. Application must be turned in 24 hours prior to attending a Book Loan Workshop (call the SAO for
workshop schedule at 707.527.4424).
C. All qualifying applicants must attend a workshop to receive a voucher for use at the SRJC Bookstore.
D. Applicants that do not qualify will be notified by phone.
E. Pay loan back at the Santa Rosa Campus Accounting Office in Bailey Hall or the Business Services
Office on the Petaluma Campus, on or before the due date.
