The AEgis Technologies Group, Inc. Announces the Acquisition of BattleStormTM
Software and Assets of Digital Realms, Inc.

Huntsville, Alabama - November 19, 2001 AEgis Technologies, a leading modeling and
simulation company, has acquired the rights and title to Digital Realms, Inc.'s BattleStormTM
software and all other DRI assets in an Asset Purchase Agreement closed on November 1, 2001.
The acquisition further strengthens AEgis Technologies' expanding simulation training systems
development business base and bolsters the company's expertise in hardware-software integration
and DoD training solutions.
"This merger of DRI assets and expertise into AEgis Technologies is a win-win situation by all
accounts," said Steve Hill, Vice President of The AEgis Technologies Group. "DRI brings additional
expertise in training systems development, an outstanding BattleStorm product that will be the basis
for a variety of training simulators, valued partnerships with other hardware and software suppliers,
and superb facilities and access to a talented workforce in Arkansas and Montana." Hill added,
"AEgis offers a legacy of simulation and software development expertise including simulation
trainers such as the Avenger ICOFT, the Dual-Mounted Stinger Trainer (DMST), and the Improved
Moving Target Simulator (IMTS); the experience and capital to successfully conduct large contracts;
and established operations and distribution channels to expand BattleStorm sales."
"This strategic relationship," echoed Roland Griffin, former DRI President, "will ensure the depth
and breadth of capabilities and the long-term viability to complete the enhancement and transition
of SIMNET trainers from the Army to Army National Guard, known as "Re-Up SIMNET," as well as
compete for other strategic contract targets being procured from U.S. Army's STRICOM, AMCOM,
and TACOM commands, NAWCTSD, and AF Wright Patterson Labs."
