           paper, as well as 2,000 copies of the white paper itself to be distributed by the vendor. It will also be
           posted on the MMIS Web site to be viewed by more than 25,000 professionals each month. The copy
           will be written by the vendor but must adhere to our editorial guidelines.

           A corporate sponsorship of two MMIS organized events: Internet@Schools East and Internet@Schools

           By signing up for this program, you will have MMIS "partner" access to an area on the MMIS Web site
           devoted to case studies in educational technology. All partners will be able to submit up to two case studies
