Eligibility:         U.S. Citizenship required; must have completed Selective
                     Service Registration (if applicable); must have held the
                     doctorate less than five years at the time of application

Locations:           Gaithersburg, Maryland and Boulder, Colorado

Duration:            Two years maximum

Stipend:             For 2008, the beginning base salary will be $61,557

Benefits:            Relocation expenses, Government health and life insurance,
                     retirement plan

Deadline:            February 1st and August 1st of each year
