Have you or others seen certain kinds of wildlife there that are not the most common?
Are there some uncommon plants, combinations of plants, or habitats at this site?
Does the site have multiple natural assets (e.g., both water and old vegetation; both a scenic view and good bird habitat;
both forest and a wetland with sedges and willows)?
Is the site near, adjacent, or connected to other wildlife, native plant, stream, wetland or scenic habitat?
Does the site have special importance for ecological connectivity -- providing a natural corridor between habitat areas?
