User Forum 2008 FAQ
When is the User Forum?
The User Forum will take place September 17 19.
Attendance is critical if you want to maximize the value of your CustomCall products and
services, have a intensive review with your Account Manager and provide direct product
feedback in an open forum. Notwithstanding all the hard work, we will make time for a
variety of dining and recreational activities as well.
Where is the User Forum?
The famous House on the Rock is located in the `artist colony' town of Spring Green, WI, just
outside CustomCall's offices in Madison, WI. For more details, go here :

-the-art conference rooms, a luxury spa, golf and other amenities.
Who may attend
All clients are invited and all are strongly encouraged to attend.
What are the costs?
There is no cost to clients for any of the sessions, meals, golf or other formal outings. Atten-
dees can reserve rooms at a special conference rate of$132/night for client rooms.

The sooner the better. We are happy to make arrangements on your behalf. If you prefer,
you may call the House on the Rock directly at 800.657.7677. Be sure to mention Custom-
Call to receive the room discount. You must reserve your room by August 17 to receive the
discounted price. We have reserved King suites, Queen suites, and Double Queen suites.
Can we bring more than one staff person?
Absolutely! We encourage anyone that uses/administers our services to attend the User
Forum.
Can spouses/family attend?
There is plenty to do at the Resort, nearby village and in Madison. Please note, however,
that only clients may attend the sessions.
