                   APPLICATION FOR SUPPORT & ENDORSEMENT
                   (2008 GENERAL ELECTION)

                   Thank you for your interest in support from Take Back Red California (TBRC).
                   We ask that you submit the following information. The TBRC Council will
                   then review the proposals and allocate our resources.
                   Although we may not be able to support every proposal we receive, we believe
                   that the information we are requesting is indispensable for any campaign.

                   1) Complete Field Plan for the campaign, including:
                           A. Budget for the campaign
                           B. Staff roster (job descriptions, not individual names)
                           C. Timelines and benchmarks
                           D. Plan for voter ID and contact
                           E. An evaluation of the vote goal

                   2) 1-Page Summary, including:
                           A. Political overview of the district
                           B. Why you are the best candidate for the job
                           C. How you expect to interact with your campaign staff
                           D. Your strengths and weaknesses
                           E. What you feel you need in order to be successful
                           F. Your continued commitment to Democratic Party involvement
