Once payment is received, a gift voucher will be posted by mail to the nominated address together
with a schedule of available courses and an enrolment form.

Receipt of a gift voucher does not reserve or confirm a place in a particular course for the recipient.

To enrol in a course, gift voucher recipients must return a completed application form to the Wine
Education Centre nominating their choice of class, date and time.

Enrolment in the nominated class will be confirmed by email. If the nominated class is already fully
subscribed the gift voucher holder will be advised by telephone and an available course
substituted.

As demand for places is at a premium and classes are always fully subscribed, please note that
once a place is confirmed, unless there are mitigating circumstances,

    ·    No refunds will be issued.
    ·    Deferment to a later date will not be permitted.
