   Wireless Matrix Continues Penetration of Electric Cooperatives by Signing its Tenth
                                Cooperative Customer

            Deployments Highlight Integrations with Other Co-op Application Providers

RESTON, VA (Aug. 12, 2008) -- Wireless Matrix Corporation (TSX: WRX) signed its tenth Electric
Cooperative customer, increasing the total subscribers in this market to more than 750 in less
than one year of marketing to this growing market segment.

Wireless Matrix's solution includes wireless broadband devices coupled with its FleetOutlook
application suite, which combines real-time vehicle mapping, reporting, alerting and data
integration with outage management and in-cab navigation products. FleetOutlook puts easy-to-
use tools in the hands of dispatch and operations personnel tasked with maximizing service levels
and overall fleet efficiency.

FleetOutlook is pre-engineered for integration with industry-leading outage management solutions
to reduce complexity with delivery and shorten the time required to realize quantifiable savings.
One co-op published that it saves more than 30 minutes per outage with the real-time location-
based services available through the FleetOutlook integration.
